Toddler Activity | Painting with Water 🎨
Hey friends! Looking for a mess free activity?! Try painting with water on construction paper.
All you need is just that, paint brushes, water and construction paper.
Have your kids dip their brushes in the water and paint on the construction paper. The water will make the paper look darker and it will look as though they are painting a masterpiece!
I have done this activity with my kiddos for years and no matter the age they always enjoy it!! Kids love to paint and love to play with water, so I thought why not combine the two?!
Encourage your kids to use their fingers, hands and all different types of brushes! The more creative the better!
Your child might get wet, but at least it isn’t paint!
RECOMMENDATION: Some of the colored construction paper, when completely wet, might leak color underneath the paper. I would recommend completing this activity on a tablecloth or on a baking pan. Outside works too!
